What is the difference between MERKEN ESSENCE and
MERKEN EXTRACT?.... According to MEICO recipes.
MERKEN...: "CACHO DE CABRA" CHILI, DRIED,
SMOKED, CHOPPED WITH COARSE SALT AND CORIANDER SEEDS.
